Returns Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, most items are final sale.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Lubricants
  • Wellness products
  • Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or video evidence
  • We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction once a product has been opened.
